Mission Statement

It is the Association's mission to provide residents and members of the Community with the knowledge and support necessary to empower each resident to take pride in maintaining the integrity our Community.

Objectives

  • To provide adequate information concerning any pending issues or future concerns of our Residents and Community.
  • To keep our Residents informed of changes in exsisting or new Community rules and/or State regulations, that will affect our Community (e.g. information regarding State and local legislation such as Landlord Tentant Laws, PA96, et cetera.)
  • To work hand in hand with other local Home Owners Associations and the Manufactured Home Owners Legislative Association of Michigan to improve the experience of living in Manufactured Home Communities throughout the State.

Newport Farms Homeowner's Association, we:

HOPE
  • Members of our Community will be actively involved in maintaining the integrity of our Community.

What The Association Won't Do...
  • Ignore a reasonable complaint.
  • Ignore any resident that wishes to offer assistance, give ideas for Community activities for residents and their families!
  • Get involved in trivial arguments between neighbors: your personal issues and personality conflicts are not issues for the Association to address, unless that particular neighbor is violating Community rules, then we will help you contact the proper authority.
  • Govern residents' decisions on which flowers to plant, or what color to paint exterior doors and shudders!
With your help, we are confident our Community will continue to
reflect the pride of its Residents and maintain its original beauty!
